The Délı̨nę Ɂǫhda K’áowǝ Kǝ (DAKK or Elders Council) is composed of eight (8) Délı̨nę Elders. The Délı̨nę Ɂǫhda K’áowǝ Kǝ may provide advice to the Délı̨nę K’aowǝdó Kǝ (DKK or Main Council), Executive Committee, Dene Gha Gok’ǝ Réhkw’ı (DGGR or Beneficiaries Board) and the Dene K’ǝ Dats’eredı Kǝ (DKDK or Justice Council). The Délı̨nę Ɂǫhda K’áowǝ Kǝ also appoints a voting representative to the Délı̨nę K’aowǝdó Kǝ for the term of the Délı̨nę K’aowǝdó Kǝ.

Dene K’ǝ Dats’eredı Kǝ (DKDK or Justice Concil) is comprised of five members who are appointed by the Délınę K’ɑowǝdó Kǝ to serve a four-year term. The Dene K’ǝ Dats’eredı Kǝ is an independent body responsible for: the administration of sanctions for violations of Délı̨nę Got’ı̨nę Government laws; dispute resolution functions including alternative dispute measures programs and extra-judicial programs; enforcement of Délın̨ę Got’ın̨ę Government law as well as appeals of DGG decisions; such other duties and functions assigned to it under Délı̨nę Got’ı̨nę Government laws. Members of the Dene K’ǝ Dats’eredı Kǝ are expected to have knowledge and understanding of Dene laws and traditions.

The Dene Gha Gok’ǝ Réhkw’ı (DGGR or Beneficiaries Board) is composed of five members, including Ɂekw’ahtı̨dǝ́ and four members who are appointed by the DKK. These members must be adult Délı̨nę Beneficiaries under the Sahtú Dene and Métis Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement and must also include non-resident members as the DGGR represents all beneficiaries.
The ʔekw’ahtıd̨é and the Délın̨ę K’ɑowǝdó Kǝ work with and receive advice from the Dene Gha Gok’ǝ Réhkw’ı on all matters relating to the Sahtú Dene and Métis Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement, including the management of lands and other assets as provided in the Délı̨nę Final Self-Government Agreement.
