June 15, 2016: Deline has its new council: Raymond Tutcho was voted in as Ekwatide; the Elders' Council representative is Charlie Neyelle; councillors are: Tommy Betsidea, Jane Modeste, Danny Bayha, Freda Taneton, Morris Neyelle and Raymond Taneton.

They are already hard at work this week, finishing off their first three days of 22 days of detailed discussion of the laws, budget, and other items that they must review and finalize before Effective Date on September 01, 2016, to ensure the Deline Got'ine Government continues to deliver programs and services currently provided by the Charter Community, First Nation and Land Corporation, without interruption.
