Application Forms
These forms are designed to support students in accessing educational opportunities in accordance with the updated Education Policy (effective October 15, 2025, fully implemented Winter 2026 semester). They are intended for eligible students, ensuring that all requests comply with the new policy guidelines.
1. Academic Achievement Scholarship Form
Purpose: For eligible Délı̨nę Beneficiaries who meet academic standing requirements.
2. Hardship Bursary Form
Purpose: To support students experiencing temporary financial hardship.
