New Chef Hired!

It gives me great pleasure to announce that we have hired a cook for the Grey Goose Lodge. Mr. Brendan Callahan will be joining our hotel as the cook. He arrives in Deline on Monday, January 27th and will reopen the restaurant once he has settled in. Born and raised in Inuvik, NT - Brendan Callahan is a Gwichin Chef and business owner with over a decade of experience in the industry. After honing his craft in kitchens across western Canada, Brendan recently moved home with his business, Callahan’s Catering. Now his goal is simple, to cook up tasty food for the people of his community and the people of the Northwest Territories.
