1 Chief Coordinator

The Head Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of the camp. The incumbent assists with the development of quality programs in all camp

areas. The incumbent is also responsible for various administrative tasks, which may include ordering supplies, coordinating schedules, and completing all necessary reports.
 

2 Assistant Coordinators

Assist the Camp Director in overseeing the daily activities, general camp operations, and programs to ensure a quality camp. Coordinate quality

and safety before and after care at all sites. Assist in the development of programming and with hiring and handling staffing. Ensure that all

program area schedules are completed satisfactorily in a timely manner.
 

1 Chief Camp Attendant

Set-up and take down of camp and maintain camp area and assist coordinators with help. You are required to check nets daily along with

youth. You will have to be highly motivated and work independently. Must provide own equipment and equipment must be in good working order.

Work closely with chief coordinator for daily check-ins and coordination of all camp activities.
 

5 Camp Attendants

Set-up and take down of camp and maintain camp area and assist head camp coordinator with help. You are required to check nets daily along

with youth. You will have to be highly motivated and work independently. Must provide own equipment and equipment must be in good working

order.
 

2 Bear Monitors/2 Security Personnel

Must have valid PAL (Firearms) and Bear Monitor Certificate. Each individual monitor will monitor the camp and surrounding areas, as well

as day trips out on the trail. A detailed Job Description will be provided upon hire. Must provide your own firearms.
 

1 Head Cook

Experienced cook to cook for 100-150 people. Must be able to prepare a menu for the duration of the Camp and shop for supplies prior to

departure.
 

2 Cook Assistants

To assist the Head Cook in preparation and delivery of Breakfast, Lunch and Supper. Must help Head cook shop for supplies prior to departure.
 

2 Cleaning Personnel

Keep camping area clean. Bathrooms must be cleaned daily.

 

PRIORITY WILL BE GIVEN TO THOSE THAT ARE PARTICIPATING ON THIS TRIP.
THE CAMP WILL BE HELD AT GREAT BEAR LODGE OUTPOST CAMP FROM JULY 27 – AUGUST 03, 2024.
