The Community Negotiator will report directly to the Director of Lands, Resources and Environment and is responsible for acting as an intermediary between the government body and the community to address issues, resolve conflicts, and negotiate agreements that benefit both parties. Their role involvers promoting mutual understanding, cooperation and problem-solving through negotiation and communication.
