Introducing the Funeral Assistance Funding Policy
Designed to provide financial and planning support to families of beneficiaries during times of loss, this policy helps cover eligible funeral-related expenses and offers guidance to support families through the planning process.
How to Access:
You can review the full policy, fill out the application forms online, and access the informational booklet to learn more about eligibility and the support available.

Instructions: Please print clearly and complete all required fields. Once finished, return the form to the Director of Beneficiary Services.
